I found out yesterday the girl who was training to be the lead trainer gave her two weeks notice earlier this week. So I'm going to be the new lead.

Bekah, I have to see the exact wording with the training manual, they dont allow for much leeway. The guy who's coming in to train us said the manuals will say one thing and he'll show us something different so he may just be doing it wrong.

Lol, maybe, if this situation dictates, just smile and nod, smile and nod, and then, when you are in charge of the training classes, just teach "positive only" anyway!

CONGRATS!! And pretty much as Tigerlily says - stick to the manual as close as possible (which is all positive but with verbal markers only) but I give people the option to use a clicker if they want - works for me!
