Hi, and welcome to the DTA! Your dogs sound lovely and I am glad you are training your new dog with positive reinforcement.

I would maybe give Khya half of her breakfast before the walk so she isn't so hungry. Maybe try the lower value treats as well.

Maybe try something like this:

and work on giving treats when she is calm.

Kikopup vids are brilliant, they were commenting on them at the dog school I go too, saying how helpful she was and this was the trainers!!!!!!
