My 3-year Old Rough Collie

I have a three-year old rough collie and we do herding, obedience, and some conformation together. He's a sweet big bear and really loves to herd! We have our first title, BN, and are working on Novice A. My major problem during training is that he gets distrated by other dogs and wants to check out every dog...he's very friendly! I know that I need to focus primarily on engagement and keeping it fun.
