Ha HA Tif and Dogster... Tif is in the UK talking British Pounds, and Dogster is in the US talking dollars... though it was still cheaper in the UK, but not nearly as much as you think Dogster LOL...

Sorry, I had to point that one out ;)

LOL

Anyways poor Zara has been looking dead sorry for herself today and Bella nearly jumped a foot when she entered the room and saw the cone around her head lol. Keeping Zara calm for 2 weeks and longer is gonna be a challenge. Don't think being in the cage at the vets helped. She wont go in her crate now to sleep. Hopefully tomorrow.

Yep, and she is now wide awake and as bouncy as ever, what happened to the she will still be drowsy for 3 days - she didnt even last 1 lol. Poor thing. Having to keep her in her crate as she is jumping about and everything which isn't good for her stitches.

This was her yesterday after we brought her home

This was her this morning. Wide awake and looking for trouble lol.

Nope lol it didn't - gonna be a challenge aswell we having to rotate the other two dogs aswell in the room so she doesn't become too excited. She's already becoming unhappy being in her crate and starting, but if we let her out she jumps straight away. No long walks or runs around the park to get rid of her energy either :( oh joy lol

Nope lol. But its 2 weeks till stitches come out and then she can't jump and that straight away once they are out either lol. So its gonna be a long few weeks.

Got a reply of the woman that does positive reinforcement training.

Hi Tiffany
We have a class on a Wednesday evening that may suit Bella. It’s the Bronze Good Citizen level, basic exercises that she wouldn’t find too difficult while she is learning to cope with other dogs being around her. We also have ‘side rooms’ where she could start to work if the main hall was too scary a place for her to begin with.
You are welcome to come down and watch a class without Bella to see if you think it would suit, we are at Chain Lane Community Centre, Blackbrook, Nr St Helens WA11 9HT, Wedesnday at 2015. We have several dogs in classes that started out very scared but now love coming and drag their owners through the door every week <smile>
We have other classes that she can progress to as she gains in confidence, there are a lot of things you can do to help her build her levels up and I have a wonderful collie who is expert at putting other dogs at their ease – I use him to socialise the puppies and he excels at it.
Wishing you both all the best

She sounds great, much better than others I have had replies off.

It sounds GREAT!!!!:D Almost too good to be true. Are you going to sign Bella up for the classes??? Is it a training class for both owner and dog????

Yep it is a dog and owner class, I'm gonna go see a class first. But I definately think that this trainer would be a great help to Bella. She sounds like she cares about the dogs.

It's GREAT you've found such a good trainer for Bella!!!! I'm taking Shivon for obedience at a place called Doggie Central. I don't think the trainers care AS much about the dogs as your trainer does, but it's the best place for dog training and agility in Ontario.

That seems like positive feedback!!!! Are there going to be other dogs at the class??? (wondering because you said that Bella fears other dogs):)

Yep but she mentions there are seperate rooms to help and she has a dog that she usues for socialisation in the email. I think its fear of the unknown with the dogs because most dogs she sees are loose in the park, and if you were unsure a dog rushing towards you would make you nervous.

This sounds really great! And a lot sounds familiar, it's how our dogschool works too. First looking at what a dog can handle and then build from that.
I bet it's going to be great!
