Ok so I asked Jean to make another section for the more in depth discussions about theory and the nit-picky stuff. There are several members that are very interested in the "theory" behind training dogs, and I felt that we should have a separate area from the General Dog Training Section for these kinds of discussions. We will be posting some starter conversations, and I've asked a couple of members to help out with that.
Training is a long learning curve, and we never finish learning about the amazing abilities and thought processes of our greatest companions. Techniques change and evolve as science learns more about dogs. Hopefully you all will get involved in the discussions and researching.
