Intrinsic & Extrinsic Reinforcement AND Intrinsic & Extrinsic Punishment

Is there anyone out there that could possibly throw my way some examples of this please. I've downloaded some info on this and think I have a fairly good idea BUT some more examples will help me answer this question on an assessment I need to hand in.
